Manageing director, owner and founder.

General:
Lisette was born on 11 July 1962 in Amsterdam en raised in Abcoude.

Carreer:
From a young age she wanted to work in nursing. She accomplished that dream and has worked in nursing for 15 years. After being a head nurse obstetrics for years, Lisette decided to make the step towards business and became a Branch Manager at Savaz, a division of Randstad Gezondheidszorg. After that she started working for FarmaSel, a recruitment agency for the Farmaceutical sector, where here love for recruitment comes from. She wanted to try out her commercial spirit in a direct sales position and started working for Beun- de Ronde, a company in her village which sells Lab equipment. Her task was to market Diagnostica. Besides that she also sold equipment and this is where her interest for the sector aroused. Lisette really likes to work with people and the large amount of knowledge with employees within science, combined with a no-nonsense attitude appeal to her. That made her decide to start up her own recruitment agency. She did so, the first two years together with a partner (Compagnon, an agency for the Human Resource sector) and since 1 Januarin 2009 for herself.

Position:
Senior Consultant

General:
Susan is born on 6 October 1981.

Carreer
Susan is graduated as Bachelor Applied Science Life Science & Chemistry in the area of Molecular Biology.

She worked at the TU on the faculty Biotechnology for years, after which she made her switch to the commercial sector, first in recruitment and afterwards as a rayon specialist in the farmaceutical industry. Since 1 September 2011 Susan works at People in Science.

Position:
Backoffice Assistant.

General:
Robert is born on 25 August 1986.

Carreer:
Robert Buning entered the team of People in Science on 1 January 2012. Robert is a student at the Rijn Ijssel College in the area of Chemical-Physical Analyst. Besides that he is owner and founder of the website www.werkenindechemie.nl. Roberts duties for People in Science mainly consist of back office activities and Social Media.
