Bioprocess Technician Lv2 BT USP (dagdienst/ploegendienst)

• Vapro / MLO of HLO;

• Uitvoeren van alle eenvoudige en complexe unit operations en in-proces analyses in een team bij USP of DSP conform geldende procedures en richtlijnen, zodanig dat (delen van) processtappen correct worden uitgevoerd t.b.v. de realisatie van het eindproduct;
• Doen van voorstellen ter verbetering van processen, (veiligheids-)procedures, werkwijzen e.d. ;
• Bijhouden van productiegegevens; invullen batch records, logboeken, databases en procesdocumenten met gegevens over o.a. metingen, gebruikte materialen, analyses en afwijkingen en storingen;
• Uitvoeren van testplannen voor kwalificaties en validatie;
• Uitvoeren van engineering- en/of validatiebatches en terugkoppelen van bevindingen;
• Signaleren en lokaliseren van storingen, oplossen van kleine storingen en melden van meer complexe technische storingen aan Bioprocess technician L4 of shift lead;
• Uitvoeren van productietechnische werkzaamheden, w.o. (de-)monteren van filters;
• Uitvoeren van OQ/PQ kwalificaties nav technische wijzigingen of nieuwe apparatuur;
• Zorgen dat assets gebruiksklaar zijn voor productie doeleinden door uitvoeren van controles (building management systeem), monitoren, testen en/of aanvullen van systemen;
• Maak problemen zichtbaar en streef naar continue verbeteren. Neemt deel aan brainstorm sessies en kaizens.
