Director After Market Services (EMEAI)

Job requirements:

• Proven management skills at International level;
• Global view, experienced to work with/manage multi cultural teams;
• Experience in Analytical Instrument markets;
• Experience in managing revenue improvements;
• B.Sc. in chemistry or Process Technology;
• Fluent in English.

Key Management Responsibilities:

• Increase Customer Satisfaction; through a pro-active service support strategy, including training, service contracts, improved parts availability, improved helpdesk support.
• Revenue Development; grow revenues on the installed base of instruments. Increase sales of service contracts, upgrades and after-market parts.
• Optimize Resource Planning; unite and cross train several service teams, in order to optimize resource efficiency across the entire region.
• Location; Works from Lauda/Koenigshofen Germany or Rotterdam Netherlands.
