• PhD in life science or Cell Biology
• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in an international environment is a plus

• 60% traveling in Europe

• To give technical product support to both colleagues and customers
• To serve as a reference for pathway and target selection, experimental design, generation of controls and aid with the differentiation of results
• Customer visits to promote new product initiatives
• To support our logistical process with the distribution of a large catalogue of products
• To train distributors how to best support their customers and how to draw new potential customers
• To support our marketing team in the development of campaigns
• To institute and maintain a the (new) CRM system
• To strive to maximum customer satisfaction
